PHYSICIAN LEADERSHIP DEVELOPMENT

The healthcare industry routinely faces ongoing challenges and effects of both environmental and financial pressures. In order to undertake these challenges, the industry needs physicians in administrative positions at all levels who can provide leadership and managerial initiatives. To assist in this ongoing challenge, The PEMA Group has developed and launched its own physician leadership development campaign.

The PEMA Leadership Academy, PEMA Board of Directors Boot Camp, and the ACEP Directors Academy were created to enhance physician participants' overall understanding of clinical operations and quality improvement, administrative operations, strategic, and financial management.

By combining both medical and business backgrounds, each member of The PEMA Group plays an integral role in our organization and the facilities where they work.
